DeiC would like to invite you to the launch of the Danish GO FAIR office with presentations of the international GO FAIR Organisation and the initiatives and offers by the Danish GO FAIR Office to support implementation of the FAIR Principles in practice in Denmark.

The acronym FAIR standards for Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability and Reusability for research products/outputs such as metadata, data, software and more. With implementation of FAIR practices, the GO FAIR Organisation and the national offices want to support the development of an internet of FAIR data and services to benefit research and education.

The GO FAIR Office launch event will take place on Monday 13 June 2022, at 14.30-16.00.

GO FAIR and the national offices

GO FAIR is a bottom-up, stakeholder-driven and self-governed initiative that aims to implement the FAIR data principles, making data Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR). It offers an open and inclusive ecosystem for individuals, institutions and organisations working together through Implementation Networks (INs). The INs are active in three activity pillars: GO CHANGE, GO TRAIN and GO BUILD. Read more about it here.

The Danish GO FAIR Office is a part of GO FAIR international. It is dedicated to implement the FAIR data principles in Denmark to improve the Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse of any digital research assets.
