Pricing model for Panopto

Panopto is not part of the total price for connection to the research network, but requires separate payment.

The price is dependent on the total number of student FTE at the institution, and then introductory prices for larger organizations.

The following are price examples for 1,900, 6,900, 12,900 FTE, and storage examples of 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 GB.

The prices include virtually all elements under Panopto, including transcription of videos for Danish and English, as well as operation, DeiC support, introductions and any clarification process.

The price is lowered when the total number of full-time students (FTE) using the Panopto service across all institutions in the Nordics increases within certain pools. The greater the usage, the smaller the price. This way, all institutions benefit from a common installation and operation.
