Pricing model for Zoom

Zoom is not part of the total price for connecting to the research network, but requires separate payment.

Zoom is not part of the total price for joining the research network, but requires separate payment. Institutions get their very own instance with administrator access to manage their own users.

Creation of own instance

Here a user organization gets access to administration of own users and own instance, integration solutions, usage statistics etc.

The new prices per 1. October 2024 are based on a site license for the entire organization based on the number of full-time employees (faculty & staff).

Example 1

  • Number of full-time employees: 500 (Minimum)

Price: 44.929.04 DKK excluding VAT per year.

Example 2

  • Number of full-time employees: 3,500

Price: 245,716.04 DKK excluding VAT per year.

Example 3

  • Number of full-time employees: 8.500

Price: DKK 448,959.73 excluding VAT per year.

The following is included in the prices

  • Dial-in via telephone
  • 1 H323/SIP license per 25 full-time employees
  • . Zoom Room license per 25 full-time employees
  • All employees have access to a Large Meeting 500 license
  • All employees have access to a Webinar 500 license
  • All students have access to a Large Meeting 300 license
  • Desktop-based recording of meetings
  • Access to: Whiteboards, Notes, Docs, Scheduler

Server-based recording - integration with Kaltura and Panopto

It is possible to order support for server-based recording, with four models to choose from:

  • Integration with Kaltura, where Zoom recordings land under the user's own folder in Kaltura
  • Integration with Panopto, where Zoom recordings land under the user's own folder in Panopto
  • Standalone Zoom recordings, where the user receives a link via email to download the recording within 10 days
  • Standalone Zoom recordings, where the institution gets an account for central download of recordings for further upload to f.For example, Panopto or other systems

Start-up fee for the feature (all four models) annually: DKK 12,534.91 ex VAT.

Price per hour recording: DKK 0.313 ex VAT.

Standalone, without integration: DKK 0.470 ex VAT per GB per month (highest storage used in a month).
