It is also possible to receive service information about network operations and other services by e-mail.

Contact our NOC with questions about the core network, institution lines or general questions about the network. 

  • Send an e-mail to NOC - your mail will land in a ticketing-system, and cause a reply to be returned fast. In case you don't receive the reply, please call instead.
  • Call the NOC on phone +45 35 888 222, Monday - Friday. 9.00-16.00.
