The DeiC Conference brings together e-infrastructure specialists and decision-makers from across the Danish university and research community.

We expect around 220 participants at the conference this year.

Networking is a central part of the DeiC Conference and is integrated into the conference design through several networking breaks, during which participants gather in the central conference area. The sponsor booths are located in this area, giving you, as a sponsor, high visibility and excellent opportunities to engage with participants throughout the conference. If you choose the large sponsorship package, you will also have the opportunity to present a talk as part of the conference’s technical program.

Price: DKK 25,000
A booth measures 3x2 meters. A more detailed overview of the exhibition area, including possible locations and booth sizes, will be provided at a later date.
Marketing
You have the option to develop your own general marketing materials in connection with the conference. The marketing materials must reference the conference. Due to GDPR requirements, DeiC does not provide participants’ email addresses.
