DeiC is a member of EUDAT CDI, with a focus on engaging the Danish universities in European cooperation in the data management area under the auspices of EOSC and EUDAT.
EUDAT Collaborative Data Infrastructure (EUDAT CDI) aims at:
- to jointly develop and offer specific pan-European EUDAT Data Management Services that cover most of the Data Life Cycle of research data
- to be a Community Platform (consisting of e-Infrastructure Providers) which analyzes EU Work Programmes, and to a considerable extent continuously seeks to be included in Horizon2020 / Horizon Europe projects, including especially in the large, more sustainable EOSC areas

With its new Service Management Framework, EUDAT seeks to place partners, including DeiC, in the following areas within EUDAT's current Data Management Services:
- Service Development
- Service Testing
- User Support (including consultancy)
- Outreach and Training
- User Documentation
- Process Management
- Security
- Participation to governance bodies
