Terms of Payment

Institutions get their own dedicated and advanced instance of Zoom, with administrator rights can manage own users. 

1.  Dedicated and advanced instance for one institution

Here a user organization can get access to administration of their own users and account, integration solutions, consumption statistics, etc.

Prices

Prices are based on an employee FTE (faculty & Staff) site license for the whole organisation.

Prices can be illustrated by the following examples:

1st Example

  • Number of employees (faculty & staff): 500 (Minimum)

Price: 43.572,36 DKK excl. VAT per year.

2nd Example

  • Number of employees (faculty & staff): 3.500

Price: 221.392,08 DKK excl. VAT per year.

3rd Example

  • Number of employees (faculty & staff): 8.500 (Minimum)

Price: 404.483,04 DKK excl. VAT per year.

The following is Included in the prices

  • Dial-in via telephone
  • 5 pcs. H323/SIP licenses
  • 5 pcs. Zoom Room licenses
  • 5 pcs. Zoom Webinar 1000 license
  • All employee can get a Zoom Large Meeting 500 license, if they need
  • All students will get a Zoom Large Meeting 300 license
  • Desktop based recordings of meetings

2. Server-based recording - integration with Kaltura and Panopto

It is possible to order server-based recording support, where you can choose between four models:

  • Integration with Kaltura, where Zoom recordings are placed under the user's own folder in Kaltura.
  • Integration with Panopto, where Zoom recordings are placed under the user's own folder in Panopto.
  • Standalone Zoom recordings, where the user receives a link via email to download the recording within 10 days.
  • Standalone Zoom recordings, where the institution gets an account for central download of recordings for further upload to e.g. Panopto or other systems.

One-time payment for the function (all four models) annually: DKK 12,534.91 excl. VAT. 

Price per hour of recording: 0.313 DKK excluding VAT. 

Standalone, without integration: 0.470 DKK excluding VAT per GB per month (highest storage used in one month).
