To realize Open Science it is important to improve and incentivize the recording, evaluation and recognition of new scientific practices. This is already addressed by many, in Denmark in the report Fremtidens meritering and in a new Danish national strategy for data management based on FAIR principles released soon.

This DeiC strategic webinar will present recommendations based on the most recent results in the report Openness Profile: Modelling research evaluation for open scholarship published by the European collaboration Knowledge Exchange, with DeiC as the Danish partner. The aim is also to inspire for action by giving examples of implementing a FAIR’er assessment in the Netherlands, Norway and beyond and discuss possible steps towards implementation in Denmark.

The webinar is primarily for decision makers from universities and other relevant stakeholders including funders.
